Is the body starting to feel heavy?

There is a simple solution to all of the issues above. It's salt.
Salt has a natural in-built ability to absorb negative energy. And for this reason, I stress the importance of keeping the salt you cook with tightly locked away. Don't ever leave the jar open for too long. Also ensure that you utilise only the highest grade of natural sea or rock salt (Magnesium Chloride). Sodium Chloride is poisonous to the body.
However, for our energy clearing purposes, you can utilise the cheaper table salt, which often is sodium chloride.
Here are the little rituals and cures:
- Get in the habit of taking a salt bath or shower once or twice a week. It will do wonders for your health and energy levels. Salt will draw out the toxins + heavy metals + negative energies absorbed by the body and your aura. Simply add a cup or two to your bath, or mix a cup of table salt with an oil like coconut oil and rub on your skin, whilst having a shower. This little weekly ritual can often remove the energies that are causing the depressive state. It also happens to be a great exfoliant.
- Salt can work wonders in your environment as well. If you having problems in the home with the other inhabitants or relationships issues, place a few tablespoons of regular table salt (the cheap kind) or epsom salt into a bowl and place in various areas of the home. Under your bed is a great place as well. Leave it in place for a full 24hrs, then wash down the sink. The salt will draw in and absorb all the negative energies in the environment.
- If you are buying or renting a new place, make sure you perform the above ritual before you move in. The salt will absorb and remove the negative energies of the previous residents. Feng Shui consultants use this as a regular cure for domestic issues.
- Ever have that inner feeling of being dehydrated no matter how much water you drink? Often times, this is also linked to brain fogginess. The cure? place a quarter teaspoon of 'himalayan sea salt' - the pink stuff, one the top side of your tongue and savour for about ten seconds, before washing it down with a glass of fresh water. It is the fastest way to get pump electrolytes back into the body. Just happens to be a great cure for headaches as well.
- If you do suffer from migraines, mix a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice with half a teaspoon of himalayan sea salt, place on your tongue for a brief few seconds, then wash down with a glass of water. Note. massing the soft area between your thumb and forefinger will also aide in easing migraines.
Note. For showers and baths, you can replace salt with organic baking soda. If you happen to be allergic to coconut oil, you can simply rub on salt onto your wet body. It will still work.
