In the month of June, I'm focusing on the removal of deep seeded fear. This includes the fear of success, fear of failure, and everything in between.
As this process progresses, you may find that certain experiences may surface, causing emotional reactions to occur. Know that this is natural. In order for us to release something, it must come to the surface of our consciousness. Acknowledging the experience is not required, simply observe it as being a part of your past, and allow it to release.
For at least ten minutes each day, sit in silence, alone. Observe being in complete silence. Observe being. Do not consciously think, simply observe. Profound changes will begin to happen.
Please ensure that you are consuming plenty of fresh water. Energy work can always be tiring and also dehydrating. Water is required to flush out toxins which are surfacing.
