Side Note. I have lost as much as five(5) inches in as little as a week. I've done this many times over. My recent six pack is a result of this method.
Let's get into it.
Now, Losing weight in the midsection doesn't have to be so difficult. All it takes is a little bit of conscious discipline + a super secret exercise.
The secret exercise is simply, body weight squats. One hundred to one hundred and fifty reps to be exact (100 - 150).
This is my three step process:
- Perform a minimum of 100 body weight squats every morning and every night. Do them on an empty stomach. First thing when you awaken, and before you go to bed. It will take less than five minutes per session.
- Cut out all processed sugar, and all flour from your diet. As much as possible, reduce the intake of processed foods, and increase organic fresh foods in your diet.
- Each morning, following your workout, drink three to four glasses of water*, straight up. In one of those glasses, add a little lime juice (1 tablespoon is more than enough) + a pinch (quarter teaspoon) of organic baking soda**.
* Three to four glasses of water on an empty stomach works much like a water blaster used to clear out the rubbish. It creates pressure in the stomach, which works to flush out toxins, clear out our intestines, and restore health to our internal organs, namely the kidneys and liver.
** Lime juice and organic baking soda removes toxins and alkalises the body.
That's it! All it takes is about 5 minutes, twice a day, a few moans and groans during, and a whole lot of discipline! Challenge yourself throughout a 30 day period. What do you have to lose? (Pun intended)
Please be aware, that initially, it will be difficult. Take short breaks if you need to. Take deep breaths as you push through. In a matter of days, you will be at a point where you can do 100 with a couple of short breaks in between.
